I am so excited about this episode with today’s guest, Dr Kathryn Boger. Kat is a child and adolescent clinical Psychologist and Co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of InStride Health and a newly published children’s book author!  I absolutely loved hearing from Kat how co-founding a startup has changed her days and how the mission of helping kids, teens, and young adults with anxiety and OCD is so important to her. And how that passion has led her to write a children’s book, Step By Step, that is available now. Kat also shares about how exercise is her “oxygen mask” and how she loves a well-salted bath at the end of the day once her three boys are asleep.
